Pushed to the edges of the property, this scheme for a residential building in Coronado Island, San Diego tries to organize the site through a sequence of spaces that gradually take the visitors to the sea side. The volume moves and folds to contain the main spaces of the house and bridges over to create a continuous open space that links the beach side to the urban one.
