The challenge of solving a 2000sqm programme has been addressed through fragmentation. The project develops a series of spaces that rethink the traditional relationships between interior and exterior spaces. The design breaks the programme into smaller independent units, organized around a central space which varying character changes from opened to enclosed as one goes through it.
