How can we ensure diversity in an urban environment when one unit is repeated 1000 times? This project for over 1000 housing units explores ways to create a system that could yield variety through the repetition of the same unit. The basic unit can be added in different manners to generate a palette of typologies that could be further added creating a non repetitive pattern for the overall site. Urban diversity emerges from simple additive principles.
